New Audiobook Listening Area! โœŒ๐Ÿค“๐Ÿ“–๐Ÿ˜Ž

Yesterday we had a beautiful ceremony in the library to both remember Ursula Murray our previous librarian, and to open our brand new Audiobook Listening Area in her honour. โค

Our Listening Area can be used by anyone during school time, just ask me at the librarian’s desk for headphones, and MP3 player and your selected audiobook (of which we have an extensive list).  The area consists of our beautiful handmade,  book page decorated round table, which was made by our wonderful caretaker Vincent and decorated by our lovely Art department, as well as four new coulourful beanbags for comfortable listening! โ˜บ๏ธ

If you would like to know anything else about our Listening Area, or want to listen to an audiobook just ask โ˜บ๏ธ

Special thanks to Mr. Murray and his family for being there, and to our Book Club representatives Grรกinne Butler, Sarah Hyland, Rachel Doyle and Grace Anne Collins who helped out setting up and serving teas and coffees, they were also our guinea pigs for the first use of the Listening Area! ๐Ÿญ๐Ÿญ๐Ÿญ๐Ÿญ
